There is something fascinating about rubble: the history its silence whispers. Fragments of the city stripped of their purpose, cast into the harshness of the street, yet still full of memory. They are the urban fossil, vestiges of what was, waiting to be heard.
Perhaps we should sharpen our senses, allow ourselves to be carried away by their weight and roughness, allow them to speak to us in their harsh language. And there, amidst its density, comes the plaster: fluid, light, malleable. A pause in the rigidity, a new way of seeing.
May the dialogue between rubble and plaster invite us to rediscover the beauty of the discarded, to suspend for a moment the daily rush and allow ourselves to be enveloped by its unexpected poetry.
